Whether trained for Urban Search & Rescue or for Mountain & Moorland, the value of the Search and Rescue Dog is fully recognised and appreciated by Search & Rescue Organisations and Civil Defence Units across the world. 

Karenswood (International) Ltd have supplied a number of Search & Rescue Dogs and handler training to numerous countries including, but not limited to, the United Kingdom, Ghana, Sri Lanka and most recently, Hong Kong.

In 2016, the Hong Kong Fire Service returned to Karenswood (International) Ltd for the supply of fully trained Search and Rescue dogs, together with a handler instruction course, which took place at the Karenswood (International) Ltd Training Centres in Birmingham and Snowdonia. The dogs and handlers were trained to locate missing persons in urban environments as well as mountain & moorland.
