Returns Policy

Unwanted Products

An unwanted product can be returned within 21 days of delivery as long as it has not been used and it is in "as new" condition. Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase.

You cannot return unwanted items after 21 days of delivery, nor can you return items which have been used or soiled. 

Faulty Products

If a fault occurs with your product within 30 days of delivery, we will always offer you either a repair, exchange or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. 

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We do not accept responsibility for faults caused by normal wear and tear unless the product description states that the item is covered by the Karenswood Lifetime "Fair Wear & Tear" Maintenance Guarantee (please see our Terms and Conditions).
